As environmental pollution becomes more and more serious, the social responsibility of enterprises in environmental protection has naturally attracted more and more attention from the government and the public. As the largest main body of social production, enterprises' production and operation activities have an increasingly serious impact on the ecological environment. Whether an enterprise can create social wealth while effectively controlling environmental pollution is directly related to the sustainable development of society and economy. Based on the empirical test of the correlation between corporate green procurement and financial performance, this paper takes all listed manufacturing companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as the research object, and further analyzes the moderating effect of urban pollution on the relationship between the two.
