dc.descriptionNowadays in the growing competition every enterprise has to strive to meet all the customer expectations and to serve the customers at a higher level than their competitors, In order to meet these requirements the stockpiling, the second phase of the trade in goods has to be appropriate from every aspect. To offset the negative aspects of the economic crisis and to meet the sales targets the sales have to be smooth, so the stockpiling also has to be adequate from the aspectsof quantity, quality and choice. For this purpose we have analysed and evaluated the stockpiling at the Grande-Inox Ltd and have made suggestions.
dc.descriptionNapjainkban az egyre inkább élesedő versenyhelyzetben a vevői igények minél teljesebb kielégítésére kell törekednie minden vállalkozásnál, hogy a versenytársaknál magasabb színvonalon tudjuk kiszolgálni vevőinket. Ehhez az elvárások teljesítés érdekében minden szempontból megfelelőnek kell lennie az áruforgalmi folyamat minden szakaszának. A gazdasági válság kedvezőtlen hatásainak ellensúlyozása és az értékesítési célok teljesítése érdekében azértékesítésnek zökkenőmentesnek kell lennie, amihez a készleteknek kell megfelelőnek lennie mind mennyiségben, minőségben és választékban is. Ezért a Grande-Inox Kft-nél elemeztük, értékeltük a készletezést és fogalmaztunk meg javaslatokat.
