dc.description.abstractThis thesis investigats the fundamental dimensions of effective utilization of information in Business inteligence (BI) system and realizing how these dimensions may affect the quality of business decisions. My study with an exploratory aim is designed and pursued at a retail store in Saudi Arabia to gather empirical data via interviews. The result of investigation is aimed to investigate the BI system beneficial to customer/supplier relationship management and store management.hu_HU
