In this thesis we discuss about modifiable and non modifiable risk factors which lead to cardiovascular disease the main modifiable risk factors were hypertension, diabetic mellitus and hypercholesterolemia. I try to explains about their symptom and early screening to detect this 3 sample as early as we can therefore we can decrease chance of cardiovascular disease pr at least help to minimize harm of cardiovascular disease to heart and blood vessel and improve person life.
