In my thesis, I explored two different approaches to the coming out process presented by the TV show Euphoria. I focused on four LGBTQ characters and their gender identities. Rue (non-binary) and Jules (transgender) represent the openly out, socially accepted aspect of queerness, while Cal and Nate are constanstly repressing their true nature. I also examined the reasons why Euphoria is a ground-breaking phenomenon within a contemporary context in terms of narratives and representations.hu_HU
