This study will be based on the analytical descriptive research method for the provisions of the Jordanian Companies Law and its amendments No. (22) Of 1997 (“Companies Law”), with the use of some Jordanian and Arab legislation and judicial decisions related to this subject when available and when necessary. The Jordanian Companies Law was subject to several amendments and additions. However, the legislations and laws are man-made and therefore they are not Holy Scriptures and can’t be free from loopholes and legislative gaps that call for research and investigation to promote them to a better and higher level. And under this regard, the Jordanian legislator did not include any article in any legislation regarding the shareholders liability for debt that appears on the Limited Liability Company (“LLC”) after liquidation and dissolution in respect of the stock corporations as an example, which is a legislative deficit that I have decided to, investigate and base my research on it.hu_HU
