Absztrakt
An evidence-based framework for evaluating BRICS expansion from the perspective of new members, using Egypt as the primary case. The study combines trade liberalization simulations and a Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis to recommend a development-heavy resource allocation financed by the New Development Bank. Comparative analysis of engagement programs and BRICS new members validates the framework's sensitivity. The paper argues that for capital-constrained economies, infrastructure investment generates the fastest and most measurable returns, and makes recommendations for nations as they proceed along their development trajectory.
