| dc.description | Eliminating losses is a daily challenge for both: companies and individuals in society. Whether through the production or office work, we are wasting the most important human needs: time and energy with useless things and processes. Both are an integral part of our daily lives and are particularly important for agricultural companies. In our study, we look at the relationship between Lean and agricultural companies. We outline the risks associated with these seven Lean Losses at these companies, and how these problems can be corrected and eliminated using current methods. Our research sheds light on how technological innovations affect and influence the position of companies in the market and in financial and human resources. We examine the benefits and drawbacks of the innovations applied and the Lean processes used, and how they affect the environment around them. | |
| dc.description | A veszteségek kiküszöbölése mindennapos kihívás mind a vállalatok, mind az egyének számára a társadalomban. Akár termelés, akár irodai munka által keletkezett, a haszontalan dolgokkal, folyamatokkal a legfontosabb emberi szükségleteket pazaroljuk: időt és energiát. Mindkettő a mindennapi életünk szerves része és különösen fontosak a mezőgazdasági vállalatoknál is. tanulmányunkban a Lean és a mezőgazdasági vállalatok közötti kapcsolatot vesszük górcső alá. Kitérünk arra, hogy a Lean által meghatározott hét veszteség ezeknél a vállalatoknál milyen kockázatokkal jár, illetve, hogyan lehet ezen problémákon javítani, őket elhárítani, a jelenleg alkalmazható korszerű módszerekkel. Kutatásunk rávilágít arra, hogy a technológiai innovációk hogyan hatnak és hatnának a vállalatok piacon betöltött helyzetére, illetve pénzügyi és emberi erőforrás aspektusából. Megvizsgáljuk, hogy az alkalmazott újdonságok, illetve az alkalmazott Lean folyamatok milyen előnyöket és hátrányokat okoznak a cég számára, illetve, hogyan hatnak az őt körülvevő környezetre. | |
