Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Implementation of Lean management Practices in Azerbaijan (on the Example of a Private Company)(2023-04-10) Alaskarova, Yelena; Aleskerova, Alina; Dr. Daróczi, MiklósOrganizations are facing crucial modifications as global market and conditions change day after day. To keep up with fast changing realities, it’s important to apply innovation decisions to the current stage of organizations. Lean management consolidates tools and techniques to revert from traditional way of operating to the new human oriented one. In the carried-out research its outlined, human resources management plays a big role in spreading and supporting lean initiatives. It was suggested that, Lean and Human resources management are compatible and should work together to obtain sustainable success by implementation of an innovation approach such as Lean. Both lean management and human resource management focus on the same goals with different methods in terms of control of businesses. All positivist approaches and practices are included in these approaches and practices, which are developed with a focus on the interests of the community, in order for the process to be concluded positively. The employee-centred management approach of human resources management is crucial to lead and maintain good environment in the teams. For this reason, in the lean management philosophy, it is aware that the corporate structure has responsibilities in terms of training the employees, eliminating their problems and supporting them in struggling with the responsibilities they undertake. This paper is quantitative, online survey has been conducted with employees of a private company in Azerbaijan and results were analysed in statistical analysis software SPSS and relevant suggestions and recommendation were given for reorganization to enable lean friendly environment on a sample of the given company.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Labour Economics - A technológiai fejlődés oldaláról(2024-07-19) Boros, JózsefThe impact of technological advancements on the labor market and innovation processes is a critically important research area. The aim of this study is to examine the emergence and frequency of technological innovations in scientific publications, with a particular focus on the Journal of Labour Economics from 2000 to 2020. The research employs content analysis methods, searching for eight different terms and expressions related to technological development (e.g., technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning) across 1405 articles. The study also analyzes the number of occurrences and annual publication trends of these terms. A total of 9469 instances were identified, indicating that in 64,7% of the cases, at least one technological term appeared. An analysis of annual trends reveals an increase in the usage of certain keywords (technology, artificial intelligence, and machine learning). In a smaller subset of articles, only 1%, technological terms were mentioned at least 50 times. The results suggest that although the topic of technological development plays a significant role in labor market research, the frequency of its appearance and the depth of analysis vary considerably. The increase in the appearance of technological terms is predominantly observed in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning. These findings are specific to a single journal, indicating the need for further research involving other labor market journals to ensure representativeness.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető új típusú munkavállalás: a platform gazdaság és a platform munka sajátosságai(2024-03-28) Arany, László; Popovics, Péter AndrásThe industry value of the global platform economy exceeded 7 trillion US dollars by the end of the second decade of the 21st century. The income generated by the platform economy in the European Union produced an almost five-fold increase in the period between 2016-2020, as its volume increased from 3 billion euros to 14 billion euros. Nevertheless, due to the lack of global consensus and precedent, the delimitation of the platform business model and work, its legal regulation and verifiability and compliance, due to its innovative nature, are unresolved at the world and European level. The objective of the article is to define the conditions, rules and practical application of the platform economy and platform work, relying on international (English-language, mostly European) secondary information, thereby revealing the problems and difficulties, as well as discussing its advantages and disadvantages.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Vasúti közlekedés során keletkező zajok okainak és hatásainak elemzése(2024-03-28) Ficzere, PéterNoise emissions from rail transport are a major concern, as they affect both the environment and people's health and quality of life. Among the many sources of noise emissions, rail vehicles and infrastructure are a major factor. With regard to rail noise emissions, it can be concluded that noise effects are influenced by a number of factors. These factors include train speed, track condition, traction technology and the noise abatement methods used. The negative effects of noise exposure include sleep disturbance, stress and mental health deterioration. It also affects the quality of life of people in urban areas and property prices. It should be emphasised that reducing noise emissions from rail transport is key to creating a healthier and more sustainable urban environment. To achieve this, it is important to use modern noise abatement technologies, improve infrastructure and implement noise abatement actions effectively. Transport authorities and railway companies should work together to achieve a more noise-free rail transport, to improve people's quality of life and to protect the environment.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Evaluating the Entrepreneurial Performance in South America. Case of Chile(2024-06-28) Gonzalez Flores, OscarThe research objective is to explore Chile's entrepreneurial landscape by assessing individual characteristics and institutional factors through a 'pillars' framework and compare it against Colombia, and Brazil; to identify socio-economic, individual, and institutional differences using the Global Entrepreneurship Index (GEI); to apply bottleneck approach to highlight areas requiring policy intervention. GEI features individual and institutional stage variables in a method where every variable collaboratively interacts, incorporating 14 foundational elements and three sub-indexes: attitudes, abilities, and aspirations. Ranking 18th on the GEI globally and the best in Latin America, Chile excels in key entrepreneurial pillars, showcasing strengths in innovation and a robust entrepreneurial culture. Brazil closely rivals Chile in competition and networking, emphasizing political and economic influence. Colombia surpasses Chile in internationalization and growth-stimulating policies but faces challenges like historical conflicts and wealth distribution. This study identified areas where immediate policy intervention may be necessary by examining Chiles's entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Penalty for Bottleneck (PFB) technique identified the weakest pillars highlighting process innovation, competition, and internationalization. The primary component identified as a bottleneck for resource allocation is Process Innovation, accounting for 73% of the allocation, followed by Competition at 23%. The findings show that allocating more resources to process innovation may improve greatly the overall GEI score.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Meggyhűtő konténerek lehetséges telepítési helyszíneinek kiválasztása és a telepítendő konténermennyiség becslése térinformatikai eszközökkel(2024-03-28) Biró, János; Varga, ZsoltThe purpose of this study is to propose the selection of installation sites based on publicly available data and sour cherry refrigeration container specifications, as well as to estimate the number of containers to be installed at possible sites. Planning maps are drawn for the former, while the intended plan is set out on the ground during manufacturing, and after the manufacturing the completed installation is mapped. Using the same reference system in all three steps, both horizontally and vertically, is recommended even though in some cases it is unavoidable to change from one reference level to another. Regardless of the fact that both refer to the mean sea level of the Baltic Sea, this can create difficulties, since the difference between the EOMA and Bendefy networks used in Hungary shows varying values depending on the geographical location. The aim of the analysis is to determine a constant difference regarding the analysed settlements based on the common points of the networks.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Pure Bending of Homogenous Isotropic Elastic Curved Beam(2023-12-30) Ecsedi, István; Baksa, Attila; Habbachi, MarwenIn this paper a detailed analysis is given for the pure bending problem of curved beams. The material of the curved beam is homogenous isotropic linearly elastic. The mantle of the curved beam is stress free and there is no body force on the curved beam. The plane of the curvature of the beam is the plane of symmetry for the whole beam. Paper gives the expressions of circumferential and radial normal stresses. A strength of material approach is used to derive the governing equations. A numerical example illustrates the application of the presented solutions.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Dinamikai rendszer mozgásegyenletének felírása duális megközelítéssel(2024-06-28) Rónai, LászlóThe paper deals with the description of a mathematical model of a mechanical system using the so-called energy-based approach. The model is created using both generalized displacements and generalized momenta. The latter prescription method is less common in practice, due to its complexity. The two ways are presented through the same example mechanical problem, and a control task is also solved with the help of a PID block.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Árelemzési gyakorlatok a sertéságazatok aspektusában(2024-01-24) Marczin, TamásThe analysis of sales prices has become a particularly important topic in pig production research, including statistical analysis. With globalisation, we can say that today we are talking about a sector constantly exposed to the effects of the world market. It is also worth pointing out that, compared with other sectors, the impact of external regulation and influence is less pronounced. Thus, the aim of the present research was to identify the journal articles published on the subject of price analysis and, on the basis of these, to establish the correlation with the methodologies often used. It examines the spatial location of price analysis. The results obtained show that the practice of price analysis is mainly carried out in the context of market leading countries, usually on the basis of a cross product chain issue. The research shows the emergence in recent years of increasingly sophisticated methodologies that allow more accurate conclusions to be drawn, while also facilitating planning from a practical point of view.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Experimental Investigation on the Properties of Borneo Soft Soil Stabilized with Industrial Waste(2024-03-28) Prasetia, Irfan; Hutagamissufardal, Hutagamissufardal; Jimmy, Ahmad; Ananda, Muhammad Dhiya KhairiThis research aims to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of soft soil stabilized using industrial wastes, namely fly ash and rice husk ash. For this purpose, 6 (six) variations in the composition of fly ash (F), lime (L), and rice husk ash (R) were prepared. The variations in sample composition are SFLR1 (F: 15%, L: 2.5%, R: 5%), SFLR2 (F: 20%, L: 2.5%, R: 5%), SFLR3 (F: 25%, L: 2.5%, R: 5%), SFLR4 (F: 15%, L: 5%, R: 10%), SFLR5 (F: 20%, L: 5%, R: 10%) and SFLR6 (F: 25%, L: 5%, R: 10%). Meanwhile, soft soil was obtained from Banjarmasin City in South Borneo. The sample's physical properties were analyzed using the Atterberg limit test. Moreover, the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and direct share tests are conducted to assess the sample's mechanical properties. The research results can provide confidence that fly ash, lime, and rice husk ash have the potential to improve the physical and mechanical properties of Borneo soft soil. The results of the Atterberg limit test show that industrial wastes can lower the liquid limit and increase the plastic limit; thus, the soil plasticity index decreases. As for the CBR test results, the untreated soft soil bearing ratio value of 1.4% can be increased to 2.6% after being treated with industrial wastes. In addition, using industrial wastes also decreases the swelling of the soil. Moreover, it can be seen that greater use of fly ash can improve the mechanical properties of the soft soil. However, increasing the composition of lime and rice husk ash can reduce the mechanical properties of the soft soil. Based on the experimental results, it is proposed to use SFLR3 as soil stabilization mixtures.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Importance of Continuous Organizational Project Risk Management and the Value of Project Management Certificates in the Customers’ Eyes(2024-03-28) Simon, Dániel; Reicher, ReginaIn an increasingly complex and volatile business environment, organizational project risk management plays a critical role in determining the chances of project success. In the last thirty years, female entrepreneurship has been developing more and more, especially in less developed countries, the reason for such growth is primarily reflected in the promotion of equality between men and women, the right to education, and the development of democracy. Female entrepreneurship is a significant factor in economic development, so the national economy becomes richer. The subject of this research are the entrepreneurial climate in the Balkans compared to the world in terms of female entrepreneurship, what is the role of the family in starting a small business, as well as its survival and growth. In the study the results of previous research in this area. The research method is based on a comparative analysis of studies dealing with this problem from the territory of Balkans. It can be concluded that in the Balkans, female entrepreneurship is still in its infancy, it is about a very small percentage of female entrepreneurs, although according to research, it is evident that there has been no major progress in the last 15 years. Recommendation In the countries of the Balkans, there is a good entrepreneurial climate for the development of female entrepreneurship, especially because women can work from home, and in the future it is necessary to go in this direction.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető Study on Nonlinear Behavior of Variable Thickness Plates(2024-06-28) Hoang That Ton, LanThe analysis of variable-thickness plates is much more complicated than that of uniform-thickness plates because variable coefficients occur in the equations. In reality, this analysis is of great interest in various engineering disciplines, such as civil engineering, aerospace engineering, machine design, and so on. Although there is extensive literature on analyses of plates with constant thickness, a rather limited amount of technical literature is available on the solutions to problems dealing with plates with nonuniform thickness. The reason is that the analytical solutions meet insurmountable difficulties. Besides, the nonlinear analysis process also faces more difficulties than the linear analysis of structures. For these reasons, the nonlinear behavior of variable-thickness plates based on a finite element procedure is presented in this study. Although the topic is not special, it will help the engineer have a specific view of the nonlinear bending of the plate with variable thickness. This survey will be based on the change in geometrical parameters. Numerical solutions are then presented to verify the simplicity of this proposed procedure.
