Along with the transformation and development of China's economy, the impact of foreign direct investment on China's economy is changing as well. The inflow of FDI has significant influence on employment, industrial structure and technological advancement in China.This thesis analyzes these aspects, and offers recommendations for the foreign direct investment in China.
