| dc.description.abstract | Neurogenic inflammation in asthma is elicited when sensory nerves in the airway are stimulated by noxious stimuli and inflammatory mediators are released from this sensory nerves hence propagating the process. The immune system also indirectly participate in this because they serve as source of mediators which amplify the inflammatory process hence an understanding of the interaction between the nervous and immune system here may help in the future to develop new therapies for asthma that is due to neurogenic inflammation. | hu_HU |
