dc.description.abstractThe aim of the present thesis is to introduce how quantifying damages in competition cases can be. According to me nowadays the number of the competition cases are rising and national courts have face its difficulties. In the beginning of the thesis I present the legal basis of the competition law both the Articles of the Treaties and the secondary legislation as well. In all section I presented the relevant case-law of the CJEU for the better understanding.hu_HU
