Yeasts have a long history and have had a considerable impact on agriculture, food technology, and modern research. It has piqued the interest of cutting-edge research as a model organism due to its ease of replication and applicability. With so many tools in the bioinformatics sector in recent years, researchers face difficulty with choosing the appropriate software for their unique set of data. We sought to compare two popular assembly tools and provide a useful summary of the current literature on yeast phylogenomics using this experiment.hu_HU
