dc.description.abstractThe main goal of this thesis is to understand meat production tendencies between Azerbaijan and the Netherlands, as well as, consumption. The research was done according to the objective of determining differences and similarities in the consumption of meat and meat products in two countries, by showing the results of two different questionnaires. According to more than 150 people's answers, all the questions, meanings and results were explained briefly. In the thesis, the negative sides of meat consumption levels and different threats are indicated as well. Overall, people's meat-eating habit and production of meat and meat products are analyzed detailed and were compared due to the current and previous situation in Azerbaijan and the Netherlands.hu_HU
