A method was developed at the Department of Applied Chemistry for HPLC – ESI QqTOF MS/MS in order to separate the different constituents of the silymarin. This thesis discussed the MS/MS fragmentation of the eleven peaks at 20 eV collision energy and the results of different collision energies on the fragmentation of the compounds.hu_HU
