What determines a human subject? Are we humans because of our physical appearance and features or are we humans because of our ability to think? Is it the body or the mind the essence of ourselves, or is it the union of these two contents which makes us subjects and individuals. What is this union exactly? Could the body and the mind ever exist separately or are they just ingredients of this unbreakable relationship? In many theories and beliefs, the soul (the mind) is the one which is eternal, the soul is the one which is important and which could be saved from the sins of the profane life and the body itself. If there is such a division between these two parts, then which would determine our personality, our lifestyle, or our sex? Could the mind be gendered in that sense? If we are our souls only, are we related to only one body, that one which we use during our short lifetime, or could we fit in others as well? Then the body would be only an instrument, a tool for life, which is formed through our personal and unique lifestyles. Would it be possible to use different bodies in different moments of life to make it easier or more perfect, bodies which are made for special uses only. Could it be possible to make a body?
