Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) is one of the most common injured ligaments in the knee.Little information is obtainable in relation to early rehabilitation outcomes and the decision and time of return to sports. This study aims to minimize the risk of re-injuries and help the athlete return to football in a period of 4 months. The results suggest that the intervention was successful but it can be individual and there is not enough evidence to prove the same for every patient.hu_HU
