Migation in the European Union. Comparative Approach of Migration Law in Romania and Hungary as Member States of the EU

Abstract

How does the national legislation of the Member States of the EU manage to be in accordance with the European frame-legislation in migration? In my thesis I am trying to answer the question by presenting the EU's migration policy and by comparing the application of laws regarding migration in its two Member States: Hungary and Romania.
