In this article, I explain the impact of MNE in Sub Saharan African countries. In the first chapter, I give a brief overview of why countries get attracted by FDI and MNE. Due to globalisation, more information is reaching every corner of the world. The phenomenon brings a need for capital investment, and countries want to have a stable economy to answers the criteria of the modern world. Sub Saharan African countries’ economies do not answer to the needs of their desires. Although the region to improve their economy, they seek for financial institutions such as foreigner direct investment and multinational enterprise. Those institutions are better of reputation in what concern to help countries to pass through stagnation give them the capital needed to increase their economy. A vast amount of empirical literature on the theories of foreigner direct investments set many reasons that drive the investment of multinational enterprise in a particular location. However, it is notable that the results are not always as they are expected.
