The thesis contains information on the importance of management of impacted teeth other than third molars. The different diagnostic methods that can be used to detect the impacted teeth and plan the intervention carefully. The thesis talks about the associated problems that can arise due to the impacted teeth depending on their location and the possible complications that it could lead to in cases where they are left untreated. The treatment options of surgical, combined surgical and orthodontic approach have also been discussed.
