Renal cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumour of the kidney approximately 85-90%.It accounts for about 2-3% of all cancers in adults. Metastatic renal cell carcinoma is treated with immune therapy and targeted therapy.Patients are grouped into good, intermediate and poor risk groups and treatment provided accordingly.There is first,second and third lines of treatment for each group.Treatment isn't curable but palliative.
