The Thesis explores the types of cardiovascular diseases that occur and breaks down their signs and symptoms. The thesis further explores the use of pharmacological agents such as Nitrovasodilators and Endothelin Antagonists, which can help treat a specific type of cardiovascular disease or relieve the symptoms. The pharmacology of the drugs is looked into for example the Pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, dosage of the drugs, the side effects and tolerability. Studies/trials have been included to show the effectiveness of the drugs along with future drug uses.
