dc.description.abstractMy thesis is about transformational leadership styles. This study is investigating the relationship between organizational innovation and transformational leadership in the case of ExxonMobil. This study also aims at adding to the literature by examining the relationship between transformational leadership and job performance, job satisfaction at the task level. It also contributed to the theoretical explanation of how ExxonMobil employees feel psychologically empowered as a result of transformational leadership. The goal was to find out how ExxonMobil employees were inspired to do their best work under transformational leadership.hu_HU
