Absztrakt
Both methotrexate and adalimumab controlled the inflammation in NIU, but adalimumab with/without MTX had higher corticosteroid-sparing effects than MTX alone. The professional competence of an ophthalmologist in the field of immunology can help to initiate the most appropriate immunosuppressive therapy in time, find the best dose for the patients, and add adalimumab when needed to achieve quiescence.
