In my thesis I am going to analyse two films of Almodóvar: All about My Mother and Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown. As the aspects of this topic are various, I am going to concentrate on the following themes: the world of the women in terms of their relationship to men and to each other; the feminine gaze, the space that surrounds them, and the representation of men in respect to the women. The aim of my thesis is to analyse the representation of women in their environment, concerning the above mentioned topics. (Introduction)hu_HU
