Arbitration is a binding and consensual method of dispute resolution rapidly growing all over the world. It is popular particularly in relation to business contracts and transactions. This thesis focuses on overview of Arbitration Laws and its advantages and disadvantages. It also gives a comparative study on Arbitration laws in different jurisdictions of U.S., Europe and India and the problems and challenges faced in enforcement of foreign awards in international dispute resolution.
