Absztrakt
This thesis reviews the pharmacological basis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) management. AMI is primarily caused by coronary thrombosis following atherosclerotic plaque disruption, requiring rapid therapeutic intervention. The main treatment strategies include antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy, as well as reperfusion approaches such as primary PCI and fibrinolysis. In addition, long-term pharmacological treatment with agents such as beta-blockers and RAAS inhibitors is essential for secondary prevention and improved clinical outcomes. Understanding the mechanisms and therapeutic targets of these medications is crucial for optimizing patient care and reducing AMI-related morbidity and mortality.
