My thesis explores the patterns and determinants of potato consumption, with a specific focus on the potato sector in Azerbaijan.he study employs quantitative methods and a structured survey to gather data from participants aged 18 to 24, examining their potato-eating behaviors, preferences for potato-based products, and attitudes toward local versus international potato products. Using SPSS software, the data is analyzed to uncover insights into the demographics and trends that shape the potato market. This research ensures the ethical handling of participant information, emphasizing confidentiality and privacy to encourage honest responses. Ultimately, the thesis aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of consumer behaviors in the potato market, with implications for industry stakeholders and potential future research.
