dc.description.abstractIt was formulated a strategy plan for a honey cooperative with a vision, mission, objectives, identification of cooperative’s internal strengths and weaknesses, analysis of external opportunities and threats, also logical strategies to pursue. The strategies have a systematic and rational approach for decision makers. Those strategies could be used as a guide by cooperatives members and help them to become more productive and efficient.hu_HU
