| dc.description.abstract | I obtainedintroductory knowledge of the optical recording and optical memory during the investigation as part of my thesis. The photosensitive media were analyzed and the light sensitive chalcogenide materials were selected for investigation and modeling of optical recording media. Thin films from As-Se system were fabricated and used for amplitude and phase (holographic) recording of simple diffraction gratings with He-Ne laser. | hu_HU |
