dc.description.abstractThis thesis is about sustainability. Within that it examines elements of the social sustainability like people management, employee development, and motivation. The research work is about reveal and map what management techniques and approaches leaders use while managing their teams. The leaders work on different levels of large and multinational companies' organizations. During the research the managers were interviewed in person. Gained insight of how they manage, develop and motivate their people in their teams with regards to sustainability. Revealed the most commonly used techniques as well as the highlighted the areas that need to develop further for both the team and the company's success.
