Corporate strategic planning for an entertainment company seeking global success in times of a pandemic: a case study of Big Hit Entertainment, one of the most recent examples of a South Korean company succeeding across the globe. Research consists of an external, internal analysis, a comparison of this company's performance with its competitors' performance, and formulating an adequate strategy.
