Idealisation and Individualisation

Abstract

The main goal of my research is to explore the representation of women, their social status and awareness within the wartime conditions, mainly how their emotions, appearance, and behaviour were affected. I explore these in movies from two historical periods, namely the Second World War and post-millennial decades.
