dc.description.abstract | In the first part of my essay I would like to reflect on the most important features of proverbs. I will try to summarize the origin, the semantic features, and the ambiguity of proverbs. I will give a short overview of different proverb alterations. And finally I would like to focus on English and Hungarian proverbs which are related to money, and how they represent the cultural differences of these nations. | hu_HU |
