Therapy of endothelial dysfunction

Abstract

Endothelium dysfunction is a risk factor for many a disease like coronary artery diseases. The therapy consists of first of all lifestyle modification, dietary modification where some types of food are rich in anti-oxidants. Pharmacological therapy includes lipid lowering agents,ACE-inhibitors, beta receptor blockers and hormonal replacement therapy in some cases.
