dc.description.abstract	I. A pseudophakiás szemeken észlelt pseudophakiás accomodatiót és pseudoaccomodatiót három különböző, az irodalomban leírt módszerrel mértük. A defókuszáló technikával mintegy 0,8-0,9 D-ás teljes accomodatiós amplitúdót igazoltunk. Partialis coherentia interferometria módszerével mérve, a műlencsék átlagos elmozdulása fiziológiás accomodatiós inger hatására minimális volt. A musculus ciliaris farmakológiai bénítása során a műlencse átlagosan 0,2 mm-t mozdult előre a szem frontalis síkja mentén, a két monofocalis műlencse implantációja esetén pedig nem mértünk különbséget. II. Igazoltuk, hogy az elülső csarnok mélységének mérése Scheimpflug képalkotást használó új diagnosztikai eszközzel (Pentacam®) és standard ultrahangos méréssel eltér phakiás és pseudophakiás szemeken. Phakiás szemeken a két módszer eredményei azonosak, pseudophakiás szemeken azonban a Pentacam® lényegesen kisebb csarnokmélységet mér. III. Egy újonnan kifejlesztett optikai eszköz, az elülső szegmentum optikai coherentia tomograph (Visante® OCT) az immerziós ultrahangos eszköznél nagyobb csarnokmélységet mér phakiás szemeken. Az elülső csarnok mélység mérésének intra- és interobserver ismételhetősége, valamint megbízhatósága az optikai eszközzel lényegesen jobb. ----- I. We had measured pseudophakic accommodation and pseudoaccommodation in pseudophakic eyes with three different methods described in the literature. With defocusing technique we had proved approximately 0.8-0.9 D total amplitude of accommodation. With partial coherence interferometry method, the mean shift of the intraocular lens was minimal under physiological accommodation condition. After pharmacological blocking of the ciliary muscle the IOL shift was a mean of 0.2 mm, with no difference between our two types of monofocal intraocular lenses. II. We had proved that there is a difference in anterior chamber depth values in phakic and pseudophakic eyes measured by a newly developed diagnostic tool using Scheimpflug imaging and a standard ultrasonic device. In phakic eyes the results are the same, but in the case of pseudophakic eyes the Pentacam® measures significantly smaller anterior chamber depth. III. The anterior chamber depth was larger measured with newly developed anterior segment optical coherence tomograph (Visante® OCT) than ultrasonic device using immersion technique in phakic eyes. The repeatability, reproducibility and reliability of measurement of anterior chamber depth was much better with optical device.	en
