The aim of this work was to investigate the level of medication adherence and to evaluate the role of different influencing factors in Syrian hypertensive patients in Jordan. In addition, a number of practical recommendations were made. Descriptive and inferential analyses were performed. Most of the participants were non-adherent (77.22%).
