dc.description.abstractInternet banking (IB) is one of the newest and least-researched but most-promising delivery channels for retail banking services. In the USA, European countries, and Turkey, there is an increase in the number of IB customers. New information technology has taken important place in the future development of financial services, especially banking sector transition are affected more than any other financial provider groups. Increased use of mobile services and use of internet as a new distribution channel for banking transactions and international trading requires more attention towards ebanking security against fraudulent activities.hu_HU
