dc.description.abstractherbal remedies prepared from seeds, barks, whole plants and the like have been used for centuries in treating diseases and are considered safe because they are natural. their integration into modern medical practices however is hindered because of lack of well documented evidence based trials to prove their efficacy and adverse effects. these challenges can be overcome through further research and documentation of the components, concentrations, efficacy and adverse effects of herbal medication.hu_HU
