Swarm robotics, inspired by the collective behavior of insects and animals, provides a model for efficient task completion. This summary represents a robotic approach to the positioning, localization, and communication of the swarm using a combination of infrared radiation, inertial measurement unit (IMU), and ESP-NOW communication protocol. The primary focus is to enable coordinated task performance within the swarm while establishing an accurate and reliable localization system. This methodology uses an emitting leader as the main position reference point.
