dc.description.abstractThe fast evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing many areas of contemporary life and business. Human resource management (HRM) is no exception here. AI technologies are being applied with growing frequency in HR practice in order to automate processes, rationalize decision-making, and enhance overall organizational efficiency. Although most of the literature has mentioned the influence of AI on customercentric consequences, the discussion regarding the direct effect of AI on employees, particularly in HR functions, is still empirically unfolding [1]. This has particular importance in light of the fact that organizations globally are incorporating AI-powered solutions in different HR functions.
