GM-CSF as a novel inducer of NLRP2 expression
Absztrakt
thesis is about NRP2 proteins, which is one of the member of the intracellular PRR receptors. As our investigation showed, GM-CSF induces NLRP2 expression in monocytes and this process is dependent on STAT5/AKT but ERK signal transduction pathway has no effect on GM-CSF induced NRP2 expression.
