Pharmacological management of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction
Absztrakt
Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction is a disease with a high prevalence, cost, and mortality rate. However, in recent years, new diagnostic and management breakthroughs have been made, as well as new pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments. This thesis aims to provide an insight into the etiology, epidemiology, and pathophysiology of heart failure, expanding knowledge on the variant with reduced ejection fraction and highlighting the effective and current pharmacological interventions.
