Fiscal policy in oil-rich economies with special emphases on Nigeria

Abstract

The thesis is about the fiscal policy of oil-rich economies. Emphasis was placed on Nigeria. Angola and Russia were also compared. It showed that the fiscal policy is not as good as it should be. Reason being the dependence on oil revenue.
