Rezafungin is a novel antifungal under development to become a treatment option for dealing with infectious Candida species such as the new Candida auris. However, rezafungin in vivo efficacy still was not tested against the main four clades of C. auris. This research study is focused on assessing the antifungal activity of rezafungin against Candida auris in comparison with other echinocandins in a severely neutropenic murine model.hu_HU
