Absztrakt
The thesis talks about discrimination against women and their employment in China. In the thesis the wage levels of women and men are compared. Also, gender perception of discrimination is introduced. What's more, the gender distribution and segregation are analyzed here. Last but not least, the comparison between China and Hungary is also included
