dc.description.abstractTihe angina pectoris is basically a syndrome characterized by paroxysmal constricting pain below the sternum most easily precipitation by exertion or excitement and caused by ischemia of the heart muscle usually due to a coronary artery disease as arteriosclerosis the prevalence of this disease is higher in men than women around 5% of men and 4% of women in the Uk there are three main type of angina: Classic angina variant angina and unstable angina atherosclerosis is the basic process in development of angina which mainly represents an inflammatory response in the vessels .hu_HU
