American Women during and after the Second World War
Absztrakt
In my thesis, I discuss the American women's role during and after the Second World War. The women were present in the war as nurses and soldiers fighting for their country. Those women who stayed at home also supported the country by working in factories for example creating essential weapons. After the war ended women were no longer needed in these positions and their places were at home with their husbands and children. I deal with the major changes in the women's lives and how they experienced the war.
