Absztrakt
My thesis focuses on the pharmacological treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), emphasizing evidence-based approaches to improve patient outcomes. It explores the role of antiplatelet agents, anticoagulants, thrombolytics, and adjunct therapies such as beta-blockers, statins, and ACE inhibitors. The work compares current treatment guidelines and evaluates findings from major clinical trials. It also addresses drug combinations, adverse effects, and considerations in special populations. The goal is to provide a comprehensive overview of optimal pharmacologic strategies in managing ACS.
