This study aimed to collect data on VOC exposure levels in classrooms of European schools and estimate the associated health risks. To achieve this, a systematic literature search was conducted. The collected data were analysed using the World Health Organization's Indoor Air Quality Risk Calculator software to estimate the risk of respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, and carcinogenic effects. The findings were then reported and interpreted in this research essay.
